Service/program name: Ancillary Programs
Description: Trainees may attend Adult Education classes held at the Training Center which are taught by a certified teacher. Other classes offered at KCTC are Job Seeking Skills, Basic Food Preparation, Sanitation, Grooming and Personal Awareness. On the job training programs taught at KCTC include: Fork Lift Driving, Secretarial, Kitchen Assistant, Housekeeping and Supervisory Assistant.

Description: Trainees accepted into this program are ready to prepare for outside employment. This preparation includes training with interviewing, filling out job applications, and career opportunities. Two options are available - supportive employment and competitive employment. The program provides follow up assessments with both the trainee and employer to better enhance his/her success.
